CANATI PRO MARKSMAN LAUNCH SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD IS PROVIDED BELOW. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Organizer and prize provider

The Canati Pro Marksman Launch Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is organized and administered by Canati Tripods, which also provides the entire prize package (“Organizer”). Mailing address: P.O. Box 421, Panaca, NV 89042. Sweepstakes questions: Info@muleymaniacs.com.

Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules, subject to applicable law. The rules must be available to entrants before they enter.

2. Eligibility

Open only to individual legal residents of the 48 United States other than Florida and New York who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Residents of Washington, D.C., Canada, U.S. territories, and other locations are not eligible under these rules.

Organizer’s owners, employees, persons directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and household members are ineligible. Immediate family means spouses, parents, children, and siblings. Businesses and other legal entities are not eligible. Entries are subject to eligibility verification.

3. Sweepstakes period and deadlines

Organizer’s online order records determine purchase timestamps. The mail-receipt extension permits delivery of timely postmarked entries; it does not extend the purchase-entry period. Entries mailed before October 1, 2026, or after the postmark deadline are not eligible. Organizer will collect and process mail delivered to the designated P.O. box by November 7 before conducting the drawing.

4. Entry through qualifying product purchases

During the Sweepstakes period, an eligible entrant who purchases qualifying Canati Tripods physical products at CanatiTripods.com receives one entry for every complete $5 of qualifying merchandise subtotal on that order.

Qualifying merchandise subtotal is the amount paid for eligible products after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, gift-card purchases, and nonproduct charges. Gift cards used as payment do not reduce an otherwise qualifying merchandise subtotal. Purchases of other brands, if offered, do not qualify. Only orders paid during the Sweepstakes period qualify; creating an unpaid order does not generate entries.

Entries are calculated separately for each order by dividing the qualifying subtotal by $5 and rounding down to a whole number. Partial $5 amounts do not carry over between orders. Examples: $25 earns 5 entries; $44.99 earns 8 entries; $100 earns 20 entries. The prior product-specific entry amounts do not apply.

Purchase-entry limit: There is no maximum number of purchase entries per eligible person. Purchase entries are credited to the individual purchaser identified by the order’s billing name and email address, subject to verification. Buying a gift does not transfer the entries to the gift recipient.

Canceled, refunded, or charged-back amounts do not qualify. Before the drawing, Organizer will recalculate affected orders using the remaining qualifying subtotal. Normal return rights remain available; participation does not eliminate those rights. After the drawing, normal return rights continue. A legitimate return after selection does not by itself revoke the prize; documented fraud remains subject to these rules.

5. Mail-in entry without a purchase

To request an entry without purchasing a product, handwrite the following legibly in blue or black ink on a 3×5-inch card:

• Full legal name.
• Residential mailing address, including city, state, and ZIP code.
• Email address for winner notification.
• The statement: “I meet the eligibility requirements and agree to the Official Rules.”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during October 1–31, 2026, and received by November 7, 2026. Each valid card earns one entry, with a limit of one mail-in entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes. An eligible purchaser may also use this method, subject to the same limit. Additional cards from the same person do not generate additional entries. Ordinary postage and mailing supplies are the entrant’s responsibility; Organizer charges no entry-processing fee.

Entries must be submitted by the named entrant. Organizer will not reject an entry for a harmless variation that does not prevent eligibility verification, identification, or administration. No marketing subscription, social-media follow, or purchase is required for this method.

6. Entry handling, odds, and drawing

All valid entries from both methods will be combined into one drawing pool. Each valid individual entry has the same chance of selection. A person’s overall chance depends on the number of valid entries credited to that person relative to the total valid entries received.

On November 9, 2026, Organizer will use a random selection process to select one potential winner from the finalized pool of eligible entries. Organizer will retain the entry ledger and drawing record. No minimum sales amount or minimum number of entries is required for the prize to be awarded if there is at least one eligible entry.

Organizer may reject entries obtained through fraud, false identities, automated mail-entry generation, or tampering. Multiple legitimate product orders are permitted under the purchase rules. Multiple people sharing an address are not automatically treated as one person. Organizer will apply eligibility and entry requirements consistently and will not favor entries based on method of entry.

7. Prize

One verified winner will receive the entire prize package:

No firearm, ammunition, optic, or other item is included. Values are in U.S. dollars and based on Organizer’s stated retail prices. No cash alternative is offered, and the prize is not transferable before delivery. If an advertised item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Organizer’s reasonable control, Organizer may provide a replacement of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

Organizer will cover standard shipping to the verified winner’s eligible U.S. address, including Alaska or Hawaii. The winner will not be asked to pay Organizer a fee to claim or receive the prize. Organizer intends to dispatch the prize within 30 days after verification and will communicate any unavoidable delay directly to the winner.

The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. Organizer may request tax documentation and issue reporting forms when legally required, using an appropriate secure process. Organizer will not request bank-login credentials or payment-card information to award the prize.

8. Winner notification and verification

Organizer will contact the potential winner by the email address associated with the selected entry on or after November 9, 2026. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after Organizer sends the notification. Organizer may require reasonable proof of identity, age, residence, and compliance with these rules before confirming eligibility.

If the potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be contacted, or fails to respond or provide required verification within the stated period, Organizer may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entrants. The same response period and verification process apply to an alternate.

Organizer will not publicly identify someone as the confirmed winner until verification is complete. A winner’s first name, last initial, and state may be announced to document the award, to the extent permitted by law. Any additional testimonial, photo, or promotional use will require separate permission where required.

9. Privacy and communications

Organizer will use entry information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the winner, fulfill the prize, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations, as described in Privacy policy.

Entering does not automatically enroll a person in email or SMS marketing. Any marketing consent must be collected separately and is optional. Declining or withdrawing marketing consent does not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. A previous lawful marketing subscription is unaffected.

10. Administration and unforeseen events

Organizer is not responsible for mail or electronic submissions it does not receive due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Proof of mailing alone is not proof of timely receipt. Organizer will investigate material processing errors in good faith and will not arbitrarily discard valid entries.

If fraud, technical failure, or another event materially compromises the drawing, Organizer may take reasonable corrective action permitted by law, preserve unaffected valid entries, and notify entrants of material changes. This provision does not allow cancellation merely because sales are below expectations or allow Organizer to avoid awarding the advertised prize. These rules do not waive nonwaivable consumer rights.
