Lifetime Warranty
Canati Tripods offers a non-cosmetic lifetime warranty for covered damage that renders a Canati tripod unusable. The warranty is intended to address qualifying manufacturing defects and functional damage that prevent the covered product from performing its intended function.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
Covered claims are evaluated based on the functional condition of the product. Cosmetic wear that does not affect use is not covered by the non-cosmetic warranty.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover missing parts caused by consumer negligence. Other situations may require review before coverage can be determined.
